You may be representing the “best ever” business, product or service. Your web design and layout may be fantastic. None of this matters without traffic.

There used to be a Maytag commercial years ago where the Maytag repair person sat by the phone all day waiting for it to ring – it never did. Most businesses find themselves in this same situation. They have a great business but not enough traffic to sustain it.
